Yes — to be eligible for rewards and the luxury holiday giveaway you must purchase and sign the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) within the campaign period: Dec 1, 2025 – Mar 31, 2026.

Prize Terms & Conditions

1. Participants must purchase either The Ayu Residences or The Vybe during the campaign period (1 December 2025 - 31 March 2026) and sign the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA) by 31 March 2026 for prize eligibility.

2. All prizes are not transferable, exchangeable for cash or other goods, and are subject to the relevant terms and conditions.

3. All information is based on the records of EMKAY Group. Any incorrect or incomplete information will be deemed invalid. EMKAY Group will not be responsible for any errors, omissions or errors in the information that results in the winners not being able to receive the prize notification and prizes.

4. EMKAY Group is not responsible for any delay, loss, error or damage of the information registered by the participant or winner due to computer, network, telephone, technical problems, etc. Participants or winners shall not object to any responsibility.

5. In this campaign, EMKAY Group requires that the personal information provided by the participants is only used to contact the participants and verify their identity when receiving the prize. EMKAY Group will keep the collected personal data and treat it confidentially, and destroy it after the campaign and award collection. If the participant refuses to provide relevant information, EMKAY Group reserves the right to refuse the participant to participate in this campaign.

6. In case of violation, EMKAY Group has the right to cancel its qualification to participate or win the prize without any notice, and reserves the right to pursue investigations for any violation of this activity.

7. If there are any changes to the terms and conditions of this campaign, no further notice is required.
